Via this website we collect only the information you voluntarily provide through the contact form — your name, email, phone (optional), referral type and message. Clinical information is handled within our practice management system, not via this site.

How we use your information

To respond to your enquiry, arrange consultations, and comply with our obligations under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. Health information is treated as "sensitive information" and attracts stronger protections.

Data residency

Health data is stored in Australia. The practice management platform processes data in compliance with Australian health records legislation.
